Week One is FOCUS - we'll write together for an hour, setting intentions at the beginning and checking in with progress at the end. You may choose to plan your month or you may choose to do some big writing time together with us.
Bring your current project to get get some focused work done on it. Or, you may choose to use this as a planning session for setting up the rest of your month. Journaling questions you might like to try during the session:
1. It’s the end of the month and I’m so excited that I (insert accomplishment here). OR This month, my definition of success is (blank).
2. Looking back (from the end of the month), I accomplished this because I did (insert weekly mini-goal) each week.
3. Looking back on each week’s success, I have found that doing (blank) each day or every couple days really contributed to the achievement.
4. What might stop/distract/discourage me from accomplishing my goals this month?
5. What kind and wise measures can I put in place to make my success more likely?
